It is my absolute desire to provide a fully professional service to all of my Brides. Part of this is reading and understanding the following information so we are on the same page. This is very important to me.

Amy Spry Hair kindly asks that you read and agree to the following terms and conditions before sending your enquiry. Amy encourages you to read the following User Terms carefully as it is a legal document and, upon paying your booking fee, you agree to be bound by these User Terms.

*It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments being made by the specified dates.

To secure your date all bookings are subject to a $400 non-refundable non-transferable booking fee. Your booking fee will be deducted from the overall balance of the invoice. The booking fee helps with the ongoing costs of running the business and should be seen as a commitment to you and your date, in the case of a larger booking enquiry becoming available.

Booking fees are non refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is cancelled due to personal relationship breakdown, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

Please confirm your numbers carefully at the time of your booking, as we do not offer any reductions in our packages. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

Cancellation of any booking by you must be communicated in writing, by email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The complete booking fee will be retained by Amy Spry Hair regardless of notice or reason given, due to administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking.

Cancellations within 90 days of the group booking/wedding will be charged the full costs of the booking. All booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Enforced cancellations due to government restrictions will be refunded their full amount minus the booking fee. The booking fee will be credited to a future date. If Amy Spry Hair is unavailable for the new date the booking fee is non refundable as stated above.

All trials are hosted at “Maverick Hair and Art Space” in Coolangatta.

I am booked with weddings on weekends so I host my trials on Tuesdays working around my mid week wedding bookings.

If you are from out of town or genuinely unavailable please let me know prior to paying your Booking Fee and we can work towards a solution. I recommend trials occur within 3 months of your wedding date.

Please allow a sensible buffer for any travel delays that may occur. Late arrivals do impact on my other bookings and may need to be shortened if you are running late.

Cancellation or rescheduling of Trials requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. In the event of a cancellation I am unable to guarantee a re-booking will be available due to my full schedule.

I will expect that your venue will have a free parking space available for me. If your venue does not have parking please organise pre-paid parking for me at a venue nearby and communicate this to me prior to the day to avoid delays and stress on your day.

An early start fee will be charged for starts before 6am.

In the very unlikely event that I am severely unwell or unable to work on your wedding day I will do my very best to provide you with a choice of available stylists within my network and cover any extra fees or charges that may apply. If it is your preference I will provide a full refund.

Images of my work is are an important part of my business for my portfolio and promotional purposes. Images taken by myself and professional photographers are used on my website and on social media platforms. Please let me know if you would not like to be photographed or for me to use your professional photographers work for my own marketing purposes

All payments are to be paid to the provided account and include your full name in the description.

To avoid errors please use your full name as your payment reference :-)

Final payments are due 14 days before your wedding date.
